From what I been seeing its no lighter(full wet)than the current Nytro. So much for a supposed lighter chassis.
Freakin Heavy is all I have to say

I always felt the fx nytro was decently light. I mean, for a four stroke.

Any 4 stroke is going to be heavy! I am not totally fixated on overall weight rather more concerned about balance and handling. The Nytro is not too bad a sled but its handling is not overly great. I liked the xtx 144 version the most. The new viper chassis should be better handling. We will see.

The pro action sleds were not any heavier than doos or polaris of that time.

487 lbs dry was mentioned on the four stroke side. Not sure if it's accurate but it may be. Someone does need to weight one and post.

My yammie tech claims with equal fuel, viper is 60 pounds lighter than nytro. Viper holds more fuel. He also claims viper is not as fast, likely due to the curly exhaust where the nytro goes straight out.

Here's some info on weight...sounds like it weighs the same as an original SRX[real weight]...not bad for a 4 stroke.

someone on the 4 stroke side posted Dyno results of the new Viper. it made a few more hp than the nytro so all the speculation about that exhaust was proved wrong
