Deer season was good to my daughter, she got her first buck yesterday, a decent little 8 pointer, she wanted a bigger one but the oppurtunity just didnt present itself this last week. I told her you gotta take what you can get at the end. She was happy and I was very proud as very few guys we were hunting with even got a deer or seen them, we saw 20 on opening day alone.
She finished up the deer gun week tonight with a doe right behind the house about 35 yrds in the woods by the cornfield at 10 mins from quit time
....lol
I wish I had half the luck she does, I woulda won the lottery by now....lol
I have muzzle loader season and the rest of bow to get my 2 deer yet.

That's awesome! I heard the deer harvest was way down this year around here.
That's awesome don. Ya we to have not seen the deer we have in the past. I herd the kill was down 33% in my area this year.
