i have bought somebodys mistake 780 srx looks like powervalves hit pistons need help getting on the right path need powervalves and pistons anybody

well that can be from a couple differnt things:
1.) if the p-v's were not radiused enough for the larger bore.
2.) someone got happy with the porting tool and ground out the stops in the cylinder.
3.) the radius was too close and the piston overheated and they contacted each other.
maybe some pics of what you have will help.
I do alot of 780 repairs for any manufactures kit. I even build my own so I know what to look for.
I can supply new 780 piston,rings,pin and circlips for $125 each.

i will get pics and try to find root of problem only 400 miles supposely i got took but sled only has 1000 miles absolutely mint hauck did motor how long turnaround if i send motor to you and ballpark pricing on getting it rite. cyclinders look good 145 psi across board did not do leakdown
Doesn't seem that your compression would be that high if the pistons had been hitting on the exhaust valves.

I just installed a 780 kit and they had me send my pv's to them also so they could machine them.
