hello
I think I read that some of you install carburetor mach z 2000 on your srx (TM3 I like to know if there is a real gain by installing this carburetor keeping the stock exhaust or if I set a aeen triple pipe on it
i prepare a sled for running on asphalt next summer

The 38's will give you a few hp on the topend, will be fine for 1320' running.
I would reuse the stock pipes over the aaen's, the only thing your gonna get with the aaens is a tad less weight but a little loss of hp.
I did a srx engine for a guy in Michigan, ran stock pipes on it and srx ran deep into the 9's on asphalt, the stock pipes work alot better then most people think they do!

mach z carbs will go right on. they are mostly seen on big bores. if one used them, you would need to change jetting of coarse, flanges and throttle cable. these carbs take the '' hex '' head jets. 3:16 (yammie tony)

i hope to run in the 9's i raced with a sxr in 2005 and i ran 10.90 at 116 mph
I plan to remove a lot of weight on the sled and reduce the maximum friction
i buy a set of aeen for 100$ and i love the sound
if you have any tips for srx I'm interested, I'm a little more familiar in the 4-stroke
