SRX bog, backfire in low RPM, won't idle

Just had a bunch of work done on my 98 SRX600 (new PV's, plugs, thermostat, fluids, etc.) Sled started fine at the shop (no snow to test). Got it home yesterday and fired up but bogging down in the 2500 to 3500 range - wanting to stall. Rev'd it up and the PV's kicked in and runs like a top (~4000 to 5000rpm), but once you let off the throttle it dies down and is bogging (if you give it light throttle). Eventually it just dies.

Revving it up produces some backfires.

Change the plugs, same problem.

Tested the plug caps and getting arc in all but cylinder 1 (closest to clutch). When pulled the cap off the sled died immediately (instead of arching).

I have a double flash code when it fires (grips?)

The PV's are setup right (he did them last year and it ran well).

All wires under engine and in the bars were fixed last year.

This ran like a top before I took it to him a couple of weeks ago. Still on the same tank of fuel.

Any thoughts?

Also may want to check slack in throttle cable, might be to tight and activating the TOR. And you may have fouled a plug. Good luck, and be sure to post back when you find the problem, to help the next guy.
