How many miles on those plugs? Where's the third plug? How does your piston wash look? Carb and airbox boots properly connected?

ya anthony that plugs white. how much running time is on these plugs. also what are they. that plug don,t even looked gaped. 3:16 (yammie tony)

Only 20 mins run time on plugs they all look the same plugs are gapped. Both pics are same plug dif angle. Turning choke half on at w/o doesn't really effect rpm or power. Oil pump arm is moving using fresh gas

They had carbon build up when I bought it sled sat for 3 years but started once in a while but now they are clean with slight pitting marks

check piston wash. 20 minutes way to soon to get plug reading. you have your air box on. i would start there. 3:16 (YAMMIE TONY)

are you out riding this sled or running it on a stand?

so you have 156.3 mains, 45 pilots and fuel screws at 1 5/8 turns out, needles at 3.25 which is 4th groove down with both shims on top of the clip... right?

is the airbox stock?
when you remove the top foam any holes drilled in it?
when you remove the top there should be a plate in the middle with 3 long tubes, that needs to be in there.

plugs are BR9ES right?

156.3 mains.. 4th clip down washers on top. 45 pilot. but screws were turned 2 1/2 out. Running br9es. Everything is stock. Drove sled across lake on ice temp around 25f @ 900ft

put in some old plugs and take it out and ride it around, they will show you color quicker and easier to read then new.

The only thing I dont like is the ground strap is burned back past the curve on your pic, but try some old plugs in it and post a pic after you run it.

im thinking the oil adjustment might be a little fat or closer to 19mm im gonna run ams and try 20.5-21 ish thanks for the help guys

if your running at WOT often i would BR9ECS plugs to be safe , also you may have to check the crank seals.

1mm on the pump wont make a differance like that, thats not a or the issue.
