Has about 500 miles on it. We were riding for about 2 hours yesterday. at the end we pulled up and backed sleds into garage and shut them off. it looks the same way it did the day before when I pulled the plugs and looked at the pistons.

rich, but what was the last circuit run on, and for how long before you pulled the head

Very rich. But it does help to know what you doing just before you took it apart. Were you idling alot, or running alot of wide open?
