Hey guys i just put a sno stuff rumble pack on my 98 vmax 700 xtc the sled seems to idle fine and has exellent power all the way threw but when you slow down after nailing it it seems like its loading up and kinda does a small back fire and then continues to idle fine i pulled the carbs off and cleaned the pilots i do not have the center pice in the air box or the foam deal on top of it is it getting to much air? are my air screws not set right help!

Mine ran a little funny with the same can if you didn't ride it when you first fired it up it would foul plugs but then it was fine the rest of the day. You could try to turn in your pilot screws a little and take a little fuel out of the bottom end. just a thought and wouldn't take much to put it back if it doesn't help.
