Just got my sled back the other day. Ran great for about ten minutes then got really boggy and would only run with choke on. So i pulled the carbs and cleaned them. Little bit of crud in them. Reinstalled and went out to start with no luck ive cleaned and changed plugs, checked spark, compression is good and ive pretty well pulled my arm of with no luck.

Main is a 165
Pilot is a 65
Needles middle with shims on top
Adjusting screw is 1.5 turns out

Dont know if i adjusted my throttle cable correctly.

Sled is a 97 mm600 twin

Outta gas? Were the float bowls empty when you reinstalled the carbs?
Maybe the fuel pump doesn't want to push the fuel thru, or it's plugged or lines pinched also but not as likely.
Are the carb vents clear so the air in the bowls can escape with the onrush of gas?
Are the floats adjusted properly so the inlet needle will open to allow fuel to enter?
Were the inlet seats removed and the passageway checked and cleaned of obstruction, especially if you're carbs have the little mesh screens on top of the inlet seat?
If you have good spark and good compression she should fire if its in time properly, and it was just running! Carbs may be dirty again but you'd think it would at least sputter. Pull the plugs and dribble a small amount of gas/oil mix in each hole, reinstall plugs and pull over slowly once or twice as it may pull hard initially with the liquid in the bores. It may fire off or if not then give'er some good yanks and she should at least spit a bit if not take off runnin for at least a few seconds. If it dies do it all over again a few times to give the the fuel pump a chance to fill the bowls, shouldn't take too long if that's all it is.
If its Smart Carb, I'm not sure if some of the above needs to be modified, never dealt with them. Still... compression, spark, fuel, then run... unless air in or exhaust out is all plugged up.
Anybody else? Best I can do at this hour of the morning...

It appears that it is not getting fuel and that was causing the running problem.
Check for ice in the fuel lines. Check the pulse hose between the fuel pump and crankcase. It could have come off or have a split or be loose on a fitting. Check the other fuel lines. Between the fuel pump and tank and the pickup hose inside the tank - plugged fuel filter. Next would be the fuel pump, take it apart and look for problems.
You said "Just got my sled back". Was it in for servicing?

Yes i just took it in for service. Clugch adj. And carb clean, adj.

Gave up last night, but this evening it was a balmy -5 opposed to the -20/-25 it was last night and figured i would give it a go again.

Put fresh plugs, new spark plug caps, primed the cylinders with a little pre mixed fuel fired. Did it 2 more times and i was winning. Let it warm up and took it for a quick rip. Seems to be good to go now. No bog or surge and its fairly responsive. Dont think ill mess with jetting unless im lean, fouling out, or bogging. Ill get some time on it tmrw when i have some light to ride in. Ill aso check plugs at throttle positions to see how its running
