Ran perfect today.
Parked for 2 hours.
Started up for another ride... noticed quiet unknown whirring, hissing noise audible through intake box. Couldn't recall if that was normal.
Wouldn't go faster than 30mph after that.

Compression tested good.
Sprayed carb cleaner all around intake, reeds, carbs while running to rule out a vacuum type leak... no change in idle.
For kicks, I pulled boost bottle and put a vacuum gauge on port for bottle. slow pulled recoil... (I've never heard of anyone doing this but was hoping it might tell me if reeds were bad or something)
clutch side consistently bounced up to 22
recoil side consistently bounced up to 17
I'm not sure what to make of this test...I've heard you can't reliable test reeds without removal. My 30 mph max symptoms only loosely match reed issues since is starts, idles, drives fine to 30(possible lower power to 30 but not much)
Any suggestions where to go from here???
I'm only slightly proficient with 2 strokes.
To be honest, I would have started to look into clutch issues if my vacuum gauge at boost bottle port test didn't show a difference between cylinders.
