Hey guys I believe I have a rub through problem 98 srx 700 ...Sled is running awsome except under hard braking or hard landing.
if i hit the brakes hard the sled starts missing badly and kills...it restarts clean... if i engage and disengage the kill switch before it dies it clears..I've looked at and opened every bit of wire harness i can under engine has been pulled and sleaved in plastic...all other wires unwrapped and insected bar pad left side etc...any ideas im lost...

under gastank(right side) to seat /tail light wires.
sounds like the brake light wire rubbed thru and touching ground.
unbolt seat thru trunk and remove, inspect harness that plugs into seat.

i believe thats the only piece of wire harness i havent looked at....thanks ill try that .
What about the wiring under the bar pad?This is where the kill switch wires run.

took every wire loom apart...ran sled issue gone.....found no bad spots nothing.. i could say thats it....retaped all wires button back up and still no issue so problem solved
