Time for a complete rebuild. Unfortunately I think you killed it by not going through the sled completely before you rode it. Have the crank checked out and all bearings. The guys on the other forum were right.

Sucks but I have a few motors, and bottom ends I might buy! Also thinking about just getting new crank and bearings! Need to see what's going to cost me the least $$$

Looks to me that the rod bearings are gone on the one side and look normal on the other. YUP, the lower half needs to come apart and the crank needs to be pressed apart and rod and bearings need replaced. If you decide to go with another motor you are in a crap shoot of exactly what you have now, You may want to think about rebuilding this one and you know what you have vs. buying another motor that is on its last leg... and if you have this lower rebuilt make sure you spring for new crank seals, as this will remove ANY possible questions of the lower half of this motor.
Just a thought... If you have this lower end rebuilt the crank will be trued in he process of replacing the rod and bearings, so you know that this motor will be good to go... Just my opinion.
