Trying to figure my plan of attack before proceeding blindly Fixing my sled.. its a 97 yamaha vmax sx 600 twin... 3000 miles ran great before last weekend.... sled is now bogging and wont go over 40- 50 even on stand and takes a while to get their... its shifting gears fine and fouling plugs quickly within minutes... the right cylinder much more then the clutch side cylinder.... carbs were cleaned recently and sled was running great afterwards. Fresh gas and clean tank, Its firing both cylinders but missing on right cylinder a lot.... starts on Second pull everytime... idles but it rough... good compression over 120 both cylinders... sled just started bogging out of no where, droped new plugs in it rode 20 miles great and then started bogging, dropped new plugs and ran 10 mins great then fouled again, now fouls them instantly.... any ideas on where to start?

something is likely stuck in the right carb, could be in the needle and seat letting way too much fuel in it.
1.)take carbs off and check it all out.
2.) I would also check the compression on both cylinders and inspect the reeds on the one in question, basicly your gonna be right there anyways.

Had the same thing on my 97 600 twin venture a couple seasons ago. The set screw connecting the 2 carbs fell out, so it was only opening 1 carb slide. Maybe this is your problem too?

Also check the o-ring on the needle seat, it could be worn and letting gas get past the needle.

Make sure your choke/enrichener is completely releasing.
