So I did a compression test and I had 140-135 in three cylinders and 110-115 in the last one. The last cylinder on the "passenger" side was the low one. Should I be worried?

well i would use different gauge. that is a wide range, might be getting close to rebuild. 3:16 (yammie tony)

The number the guage is recording per cylinder is less critical then the difference between cylinders...typically you want each cylinder pressure to be within 10% of each other...I would do a few other compression tests warm and cold and if the right cylinder continues to vary greatly from the other three its time to get the wrenches out and find out why.
