i have a 00 srx ive racked up a little over 6000 miles a recently purchased some v force delta 3 reeds, thay came with reed spacers, ive never heard of them being used with an srx but i put them in there any way. has any one tride this? how did it work? how about any jeting changes with these reeds? im 1 size over with air box mod and a can thanks

i don't think you need the reed spacers. but i've never tried them...let me know what you find out

if they came with spacers use them.Did the reeds go in fairly snug,if they did that is why use the spacers because the v force 3 have a bigger reed stop on them then the preveuse v force 1 and 2 .i had the same thing happen on my friends mxz 800, need spacers reed stop blocks part of booster port

I just put a set of delta 3's on my 1999 700. You need the spacers or the reeds will hit. They work great. Very responsive. Bender told me I didn't need to change jets. They actually helped the motor fouling plugs.
