This is not a product bash. I think that the ramp is a great product, and considering that I got Ryan on the phone 10 minutes before closing time on a Friday shows commitment to their company.

I was unloading my sled last night and while backing down the ramp I had a ski hang up and dragged the ski ramp enough that it came off the tailgate. The hinge broke and my sled ended up on its side half on the ramp half on the ground. There was a big gouge in one of the ski glides on the left ramp where it had hung up.

Ryan said that this had happened before with other brands of skis, and I have sly dog powder hounds which have an aggressive keel and a design not meant to go up and over something like the ramp guides in reverse. It made me feel better about the whole situation that it has happened before and there was so much concerns to understand the problem. I sent Ryan a bunch of pics today in the daylight and we're going to finish up on Monday getting me replacement hinges.

Just wanted to urge everyone to use caution if your using one of these. It was my second time using mine, and being cautious I couldn't feel it hanging up and that something was going wrong.

Thank you Bosski for taking so much concerns to help me through this!
