So my suspension is shot on my sled and I was wondering what I can do about it. Am I able to buy new suspension? Or would it be easier and cheaper to rebuild the shocks? If I rebuild them what's the best place to send them in? I would like some adjustable suspension in the rear. I do have adjustable torsion bars in the back that need to be installed...if having those makes a difference in shock setup.

You'd be better off to find a used skid out of some other brand. We just put an polaris edge skid in my buddies sxr, pretty easy to do and he got lucky to have found a 20 mile skid for 125$. Far superior skid compared to the proaction.
It is easier to have the shocks rebuilt but you may have other issues ,such as your w arm may be broke and the front lower shock mount may be wasted ..a very common thing with those sxr;s. youll have to tear into it and inspect it.Transfer rods are a must with those suspensions . If you have em ,put em on! Pioneer performance is a good place to send them to for rebuild.
