Took wife's sled out for a rip yesterday. After about 10 minutes of riding i noticed the clutch was engaging as soon as I gave it some throttle. Sled was boggy from dead stop but after it got rolling sled ran fine.
Fired up sleds again today so we could go for a tour and her's was fine at start but same thing happened again eventually. Before we went out I did a quick check and primary spring wasn't broken, sprayed some brake cleaner on clutch to clean it off before firing it up.
Does this sound like a weakened primary spring to you guys? Just bought the sled at start of season, around 5km's on it.

Its possible the spring is sacked. My question is, at what RPM is your idle set at and what is the RPM at which your clutch engages??

Idle around 1500, normal engagement around 3000-3500. Not entirely sure but will double check this weekend bewtween night shifts
