Can someone please help me I have looked on all the posts about the adjustment process but just don't understand . What do you mean marking the servo how do you do that. I have a caliper I baught to measure the 2.5 mm. But when I pulled the 2 screws out last time I just won't getting 2.5. I did not do the servo thing cuz I'm lost. Can anyone post pics or break it down dummy style its just my first time messing with power valves. I'm pulling 8500 rpm idk if that's good it not I mean it feels good but I wanna make sure my power valves are right because I have this plug Dowling issue about every 30 mins a plug will fowl any ideas what I can do to fix this? Its just getn on my nerves cuz it runs so strong on all 3 then I fowl a plug and its a bummer I'm tired of changing plugs

Post #4 by daman is a really good one http://www.totallyamaha.net/forums/showthread.php?42642-PV-s-just-to-make-sure Lots of pic's

Also a good one by chief http://www.totallyamaha.net/forums/showthread.php?55400-Setting-Your-Power-Valves

Marking the servo simply means that. Idle sled down with choke to under 900, the servo will open then hit the kill switch. Then draw a line with a sharpie on servo wheel and on backplate. When adjusting the PV the servo wheel will move on ya sometimes and this is just to align back up seeing you cant start sled now. As far a plugs check plug caps, if original just replace them its time. Should ohm out to 5, and even if they do they are bad sometimes. I replaced all of mine now. THen check coil ect..... If still foul plugs hows compression ect.
