95 v max. primary good, 8 thos rpm peak. weights are goods, rollers role good, no flat spots. Problem is i blew a belt, and the i believe the secondary is messed up, when i blew the belt the spring tab came out, i tried putting the spring in every hole combination and it stays the same. Belt is tight tight after riding it a bit on the primary. Is that right? It squeals, and starting to shred the belt a bit. Guess im not sure how the secondary really works. Thanks

That belt is riding too low in the secondary. It should be just below flush with the top.
After I blew a belt on mine I had simular issues. I found chunks of rubber stuck in the primary. I took the cover and the belt off and blew it out with compressed air while moving it in and out.
You might have rubber stuck in the sec as well?
Stock sec spring rate setting is 40'/Holes 1-3.
I hope this helps you out.

Thanks, cleaned both. I feel as if the secondary is not returning to where it should be. Just went for a ride, and check it at a stop sign and the belt was loose, like the spring wasn't returning the belt back up? Checked it again and the belt was where the pictured showed.
