144 ice picks 96 chisels 1.080 in a 3/4" race track. Ran passes varing from 7.455-7.425. I ran a 40/20 gear spinning 9200 Rpm. Really felt I was under geared. It had stock gearing 38/22 before and was raced on ice as well. The guys here say put the stock gearing back in. It seems like it would be too tall to me? Looking on you guys for some thoughts??

660'? I'd try 22/40

i think your geared too low for 660 and that hurting your times. 21-40 for 1/8 3:16 (yammie tony)
