Have any of you ever had one break inside the Jackshaft? I seen on their parts catalog that their is a crew in the end of it... How does it come out? Do I have to change the whole shaft?

Amtech racing has good explanation of it while changing out the gauge face

You mean drive shaft? Drill it out, thread in a oversized machine screw and pull it out with a slide hammer. Then order a new insert thing. Not sure what its called.

Check the bearing at the speedo end, when they start to fail that cable end is the first thing to go.
I changed the track when I bout the sled in November. Hardly drove it since and it hasn't worked since I bought it. I bought a new needle for it and when I was going to install it, it didn't fit, so I noticed it broke inside the shaft.
