I have my carbs off for cleaning and in the tech section it did not clearly say how many turns the idle screws should be. They were at 2 1/4. Is this good????

Did you mean the fuel screw on the bottom of the carb? I have mine at 2 turns out I think the spec is 1 7/8 turns. If the idle screw is what you mean (by the TORS) you adjust it till the idle is where you want it. If you adjust that make sure you have slack in the throttle cable or the TORS will go activate.

Yes the fuel idle screw under the carb. I adjusted it 2 turns out. I had a lean condition from 2000 to 3000 rpm. Clean carbs. Now runs good! :)
