Hey guys I can't seems to get the #3 pipe to go on the stock can it will not go on the manifold all the way with the other end int the pipe off the can never had this issue before does anyone know what could be my issue

A pic is worth a 1000 words. Sometimes just a slight rotation with let you move forward/backward.
Did the adjustable sleeve on the can end of pipe move on you?

I had them all off to paint them but put them all back on the right way #1 and 2 go on fine but #3 will not go on iff I take the spring that holds the stock can to the frame and let the can sit out and not tight it goes on but when can is bolted up and tight 3rd exhaust won't go tight on manifold or line up with end on the can
