I replaced the pull cord... put it back together... now I got no lights/power. Sled starts but that's it! I realise the stator is there but I didn't see anything wrong with it!

Did you happen to pull one of the plugs apart in that cluster coming out of the stator?

With your other thread about fuel gauge used to kind of work and now doesn't at all and possible warmer not working I would be looking for a rub threw or a bad connection some where. For the time being you could try to poke and prod, pull on different areas of harness to narrow down where to get a real good look at. You might have bumped or nudged something (hopefully harness NOT pinched by recoil housing). I spent 3 days going over EVERY INCH of harness (taking it all out, inspecting and putting it all back) only to find stator FUBARed! I had the 7 flash fault code (powervalves) Everything else worked fine. Come to find out somebody had replaced stator and DIDN'T use loc tite. 1 of the pick up coil bolts had fallen out and BEAT THE LIVING PISS out of 60% of the stator/flywheel. I was able to find 1 VERY small piece of it with the threads still barely visible, had ben 98% beat to dust! (the bolt)
