!979 Exciter Question

Hello all new to TY and to vintage Yamaha sleds. I just recently bought a 1979 Exciter 440 and have a question for you vintage guys. I was looking at full gasket kits for my new toy and it shows 433 CC EXCITER 440 (A,B) or 433 CC EXCITER 44 (C,D,E) how do I know what set I need. Any help you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated. thanks

1977 is A
1978 is B
1979 is C
1980 is D
1981 is E

for the kits from winderosa it really does not matter as all crank seals base and head gaskets are the same so it the intake and exhaust but as stated above that I have order both if one was not in stock did not matter i don't remember but i think one has a few extra gaskets than the other .........
