So I put a viper mountain throttle cable on my srx cause I was gonna put on and adjustable rox riser. I ended up taking that off cause even at the lowest setting I didn't have enough slack in my oil cable. Also I was having issues with the throttle cable cause my srx had that 90 degree angle and this cable when I ran it straight over the airbox was hitting when I would try and close the hood. I got the elbow off of my old cable but don't see how its going to fit over the viper cable. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do, or any pictures of how to reroute this cable?

you should have been able to route that cable just about any which way. no way you will ever get that sleeve from one cable to the other.
you should have extended the oil cable as well. plenty info referencing changing those cables in pairs. whats done is done. why not just put your stocker back on? that would be quicker and easier. if your dead set on using a cable thats too long, i would suggest routing it back into the airbox like you had it, run up the side of the bars to the brake side, and then run a sag or loop across the bars towards the throttle perch. make a loop if you have to, the cable wont care unless its kinked.
another option is to run the cable along side the airbox on the exhaust side then up to the steering hoop, under the bar pad to the throttle. like follow your choke cable on your way to the bars.

Spend another $30 on some rsi cables or a powermadd extension for the oil cable. Youl need a longer brake hose to. Those adjustable risers are expensive. Why cheap out on cables?

The adjustable risers I actually got for pretty cheap. I already got a braided longer brake cable. Well I started my sled up for the first time yesterday and thought I was having an
issue with my throttle cable being to tight. I actually at first tried to route the cable through the airbox but when I would put the airbox cover back on it seems like it was too tight and was pinching the cable. I want to leave the throttle cable on there because as of now I have a 2" powermadd block and I want to add on a pivot riser as well. So once I have my pivot riser on that will take up some of the cable slack.
