A simple question, should the primary clutch be reassembled using locktite on the various nuts, bolts and screws?

Blue would be all that you'd ever use but just the same the nuts on the bolts holding the rollers and fly weights in should be locking nuts unless someone has changed them at some point.The cover bolts I can say that I've never had one back out on me but if you'd feel safer by all means put a small dab on them.
