On a good running engine how many pulls of the recoil with full choke would you expect it to take before the spark plugs got wet and flooded?I too have been experiencing some issues with a hard starting SRX and I have a sneaky feeling my problem could be fuel related,as in fuel delivery.I haven't had any chance to ride lately for lack of snow so I've been fiddling with the sled in my off time and the other day I went to start it to see how it was reacting to sitting for a week without running. The sled has been sitting in my shed without any heat on and when I went to start it I snapped the choke on full and pulled the recoil 6 times without so much as a sputter,so I pulled a spark plug to see the condition of it and it was bone dry.So this is why I ask,how many pulls would you guys expect to see gas on a plug with full choke on?

depends on the sled. I would say no more than 10 on average.

my et on the other hand, takes 15-20 pulls if it has sat longer than a week. thank god I put e-start on it over the summer.
