The cooling system is getting air in it...no leaks...have bleed it 3 times and its using coolant ....just took head off and pistons look great and no signs of bad head gasket...if you open cap it literally blows out and pushes up the overflow...any ideas?
put new head gaskets in it, if its using coolant its got to be gaskets!
Check the head for warpage. The single head design is prone to warpage easily.
