Hey guys! Hope everyone is enjoying the trails! I have a friend that rides a 07 Yamaha Apex. It has the standard front shocks on it. We were tuning his ride height last night and discovered the preload adjustment ring on his left shock wouldn't turn. We finally got it freed from the lock ring to find the threads damaged on the top aluminum ring. Thinking that a different one would fit from another shock we had, we cut it off. NO GO! So we are looking for anyone who has that ring from a unused shock OR a complete shock assembly. We are located in Wisconsin and could drive for the right deal! We have a ride tomorrow otherwise we would just order a new shock since you cant get just the ring. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!heres a pic you can see the ring we need.
