Well now that I have gotten the wiring issue fixed! Now I put on a new belt seeing that the old belt broke, blew out the belt dust bunnies left from the old belt…. Well I am once again scratching my head as to why the belt is hanging up in the secondary clutch. with the old belt id didn't do this! Once I get the sled started “cold Start” it is fine! I take it around the house and start to stop, The sled starts squealing at the secondary and while idling the sled is creeping forward... Wt hell , is this happing? I put on the same belt with the same part number! Is their a quick adjustment to remedy this problem?
With putting on the new belt, Seemed hard to rotate the Helix to install the belt. Had to get a 3rd helping hand to put the belt over while I twisted the helix

First if you havent already your clutches should get a good cleaning. Always good to start fresh. Now on to squeal. Its a new belt so it rides higher in the secondary causing it to be tight. This results in the squeal and slight creep. Easy fix. While you have secondary off to clean on the backside there should be 3 bolts. Under these bolts are some shims. Remove the shums from under bolts. This will open up secondary allowing belt to drop down just a hair. Will fix squeak and crawl. All this assuming your center to center is fine. Most likely just new belt.
