Are the H/G from the 95s thinner than others. The reason I'm asking is that I found the following comments in the USER CLUTCHING CHARTS. It was in the very first set-up for a 96 XT 600 in the primary clutch comments.

Yes they were. Did this mod to mine back in the day. Not sure i would with gas these day's unless your sure you can run the premium gas.

Far as i remember. I just used the 95 vmax 600 gasket.

I have been running the 95 head gasket on my 96 600 XT for 18 years on 87 octane without a single problem.
Here is my tuning setup. The only change I have made over the years is I took the primary spring shims out to lower the engagement speed.
