Suspension geometry

Just to be sure its on a flat surface right? If so sounds as if your rear center shock has too much preload in the spring. You should be running that with no preload and the rear shock spring should be set to ge a 50/50 gap on transfer rods with you on it. Check this out good read :http://www.totallyamaha.net/forums/threads/30541-Rear-Skid-Fix-Long?highlight=skid+set . Then do this : http://www.totallyamaha.net/forums/threads/34503-setting-up-your-suspension . I have done this with all my skids and there money!

I agree, do the betheviper setup. He recommends no front shock tension (rear skid) I had to put a turn or two of preload on the front shock to take care of super hard steering effort. Leave the limiter straps loose, with little preload on front shock they don't mind. You really need to make sure the front shock is fully extended when setting zero preload.

Oh, if you have your front wheels on the bottom of your skid moved forward to prevent that nasty hyfax wear you will most likely have to move them back.
