so yesterday i loaded up my yamaha enticer 300 1983 to rip around the trees and though my homegrown trails... well on the way home while being backwards in my truck the hood strap decided it was done holding down my hood and the hood flipped open backwards compltely shearing off at the hinge. i went from having a mint enticer 300 to what looked like a junk in a couple seconds. anyway im looking for a hood and was wondering what can i cross reference that would fit my 83 enticer 300? it looks the same as the et 250 but im wondering if i can know more models that have interchangable hoods i can probably find a hood easier. i know ill have to paint anyway so thats why i feel ok just looking for a hood that will fit thats in good shape. any help would be awesome as i love this little sled.
any ideas or hood options would be great too ive thought about a racing style wedge hood but i wonder how i can get a decent headlight mounted on the bars? i wonder if a led lightbar will run off the sled?

Any of the square hood enticer's should work. Had one from an 82 excell 3 on a 79 et250.
