hydraulic brake upgrade

[94vmax6]

is there a kit or other to upgrade from mechanical brakes to hydraulic brakes on the 94-96 vmax? friend has 2 vmax-4s that previous owners did this but in 2 different ways... one a plate with skidoo plates, the other with wilwood parts.. wondering if just simple matter of getting parts off a newer sled and bolting them on?
