well i installed PSI modblasters on my 98 700 sx. all was fine. re routed the anti freeze line from the exchangers to the engine. hose was close to silencer but i wrapped it in heat tape. rode it for 350 miles and today just around the house the hose melted and now anti freeze is all over the place. how can i re route the line so that it wont melt? and should i be able to get the anti freeze hose at a hardware store?? im bumming because we now have snow on the ground. thanks.

come on someone must know what i can do about this... i know some people have PSI modblasters on this site. need help asap.

cut the bad chunck out, get a piece of copper tubing that fits inside the hose, double hose clamp it on both ends, and let it rest against the pipe. Problem solved. some pipe kits come with a lite steel hose wrap for right there. I have pi end dumps and have no issues, but I keep the hose pulled way over. Maxdlx

you have to use a plastic tie strap on the hose . Unhook from case holder and tie it to the airbox! per psi instructions.or any where its close ...tie it back out of the way!

k line isnt long enough if i cut out the bad spot. so...the flexible steel hose? i think that might work. then i dont think that i will have any problems to do it heat and i should be able to bend that easier without worrying about kinks. sound good? that is if i can find some at the hardware store.
