grinding noise

I have a 99 600 vmax deluxe when moving slow in either forward or reverse I have a grinding noise coming from the track area I replaced all the suspension bearings as well as the speedo side on the front shaft. had the chain case all apart and nothing wrong in there. when going over 20 mph there is no noise or if the sled is elevated in the rear in the shop no noise. any suggestions?

How are you're plastic caps on the front of the slide rails? A-arm in good shape? So chaincase side driveshaft bearing was good? Did you remove it to confirm? How many miles on sled? and have all bearings been replaced? Can you tell which side is making the noise?

Is your track adjusted properly, I know I had my track adjusted on a slight angle (I had the rear right idler tighter than the right rear) and it made a grinding noise anytime it was cold.
