Srx will fire on one cylinder, let it idle for 30 seconds and the other 2 cylinders never fired. So I slowly eased into the throttle till the other 2 fired. Then let off and all was good.
I know I have read on here that you are not suppose to touch the throttle until it warms up...so is what I am doing ok? What is the cause of this? Carbs need synced?

Dirty jets in your carbs have you cleaned them this year.
yes they have been cleaned, pvs cleaned, new top end, good reeds. I would assume that if they were dirty then it wouldn"t idle as good as it does once I give it a touch of throttle? Runs great all across the board...just the first startup after sitting gives me trouble.
look like the needle and seat leak into the cylinder went the sled sit for some time

I would try some new plugs if you haven't.

X2 - btw, nothing wrong with blipping the throttle either after starting cold but I'd keep the rpms under 3k. When really cold I'll blip the throttle and choke until it'll idle on it's own.

Same here,it sounds like your losing gas out of those two float bowls somehow and once the engine fires it refills them.
