3 plugs (About 1 hour old) 2 pretty dark, used looking and 1 is as shiny as the second I took it out of it's box. Sled seems to run fine while on it for a minute but as soon as I let off and let it idle again it sound like it wants to stall and for the first time today backfired! Scared the shyt out of me. Any help would be great! Thanks

kinda. I've had it started a few times over the past couple weeks trying to get it running right.
