swapping a 121 skid for a144

i have a 121 viper i want to swap it out for a 144" can anyone tell me what the mounting points are or measurements if someone has a mountain viper i didn't want to use rail extensions so i chose to go with the new skid and all tunnel ext parts from yamaha i just need the measurements to bolt the skid in place thanks for your time essentially I'm making my 121" viper into a 144" viper mountain
