I put in the 53/43 dalton helix, running the green spring at 60. I also have the 1.25" Ripsaw track on my 2002 Viper. I'm noticing great jump from 0 to 130km but it doesn't seem to have the top end as the stock setup. I'm pulling about 9000rpms. I'm new to this clutching thing and really don't know if I'm over reving or what. I weigh about 220lbs. Should I add the 4.5g to my weights, or would setting the spring to a different degree work for getting my top end back?

clutch mods

doubleblue,

i wuz finally able to try that new set up this weekend...ie the dalton helix and green spring....secondary at 60 degs....i wuz really pleased with it....got to really wind it out and thot it performed well even at top end..still pulled impressively from 140 to 160 and up...the only thing wuz that the rpms wer a little high just over 9000....i have the new 4.5g rivets but am debating whether or not to put them into the primary given the fact that i like the way it is now.....do u think putting the rivets in will make a significant difference?
