Im having an issue with weak spark on startup and i can visually see the flywheel is nothing but rust. What exactly needs to be cleaned up? do i need to take it off and if so will i need a puller?
yes need a puller. you can use a scotch brite pad on the rust or you can try evapo-rust from Harbor Freight which will cause the rust to neutralize and return to its original form. Pretty cool stuff we use it at work.(do a web/google search)
