Setting the oil pump cable on a Viper ER (02)

Is the correct measurement 20.5 mm.....whats the min and max......thanks

Yes. plus or minus 1mm is spec. That being said, You'll really have to find out what ratio you're using and adjust from there. Should be 50:1.
