I have a 2002 Yamaha Viper that starts hard, won't idle, and seems to have excess gas in cylinders. I have pulled the plugs and they are wet. I have replaced the carburetors with a different cluster. I have replaced the fuel pump. I have replaced all 3 pistons and rings. I have 90psi in one cylinder and 100psi in the other 2 cylinders. I have read that I should have 120-125 psi. Is the lower pressure probably the cause?? I am wondering if anyone has thoughts or a solution to my problem.
Thank You!

Possible a sheard keyway? If the timing is off it would cause the same symptoms. A buddy of mine had a F3 skidoo that did the same.

I'm guessing a carb issue you said you swapped carbs. You never mentioned cleaning them
