make sure carbs are spotless and check the fuel screw setting,may have to open them up more.Try a different belt also,new if possible to see if the belt maybe has a flat spot somewhere on it..let us know what the carbs are set up with concerning pilots and jetting as well as needle position.May be a simple fix..
 
SEARCH....everything you need to know is at your finger tips. Spend some time on this forum and learn as much as you can about the sled.
 
one of the power valves where the cables goes in has a crack would that be the problem maybe sucking air
if it is the carb setting what should it be how many turns out ??
also would it hurt the machine to run it like this
 
all the specs for all sleds are in the Tech section.Look up your year and model and scroll down and all your sled info will be there including fuel screw mixture setting.
 
If the sled has not been run this year than remove the carbs and clean the jets after you remove them.How to do in the tech forum
