Billet wheels

if you ride on trails with any dirt at all you will be very sorry. i am very carefull where and how i ride to try to keep my stuff clean. with the 3 rides i have on my billets, i am dissapointed. lots of money, look cool but really only give you a bling factor. cheapest i have seen them is at wahl bros racing. make sure to order the small doo wheels instead of the yamaha size. they will use the spacers in the yamaha wheels, are oversized to help hyfax wear, and are cheaper than the yamaha 5.125 sized idlers. my .02 ski

sand, dirt & mud will chip at the wheels leaving marks and sharp edges (not to mention severely dulling the finish) a rough edged wheel "can" cut the track with prolonged use as more severe damage gets inflicted to the wheels. the rubber coated wheel may be an option, but i hear that some are delaminating (with and without stud use) . save your money for trips, lodging, clutching. they only are a bling factor anyway. ski

skidooboy - I just noticed you are from Laingsburg - I'm from Haslett - small world - not to sound stupid, but what is "bling factor?"

No sand, dirt or mud in the mountains Doo Boy, Just bottomless powder! You guys decide on a date for your schooling yet? ;) ===SRXSRULE===

the billet wheels are cool, but for the money, I dont think so. I'd rather stick to the colored ones. my 2 cents...........hell I'm 22yrs old and dont care about bling only when is comes to my yamaha YZF 600 motorcycle. I find it more catchy during the summer months  .
