1994 VMAX 600 DX Coolant Change....how to guide

Hi everyone,
I would like to change the coolant on my 1994 VMAX 600 DX with 1,966 miles. I don't know if the coolant has ever been changed in twenty years, so I think it's about time. What is the process of changing the coolant? Is it very difficult to do? Does the system need to be bled after the coolant change? Is it easy to totally flush the system so that all traces of the original coolant are removed? And finally what is the best coolant to use? Is there a specific brand that is the best? Does snowmobile coolant usually come pre-mixed?
