whats the best way to change the drivers, they. are on the shaft pretty tight thanks guys

I used a press but it did not take a lot of pressure. If you don't have a press you might be able to hammer it on but use a rubber hammer because you don't want to mess up the drivers or the end of the shaft.
the only way to swap drivers is with a press. no way you could hammer them on and have a usable product.
