Always wondered why the pto side cyl. was always jetted slightly richer from the factory??????????? larger main jet and larger needle jet on the sx tripples and many other engines. I have a 700sx with that I run 142.5 mains in all 3 and it runs great

It's because of the extra load on the pto cylinder. They can either drop compression or jet it up. The vipers came with staggered compression and the same jetting instead.
